iVet® VetBasics™ Canine Energy Formula was created for active athletic dogs with higher nutritional needs such as hunting dogs, breeding females, dogs under stress or that are under weight. Recommended for healthy adult dogs ages 1 to 6 years with increased levels of activity. Compared to our Canine Maintenance formula, this formula contains approximately 22% more protein and fat which provides the additional energy required by active dogs.

Chicken Meal, Whole Grain Corn, Pearled Barley, Chicken Fat (preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), Brewers Rice, Corn Gluten Meal, Dried Plain Beet Pulp, Flaxseed, Dried Brewers Yeast, Natural Flavors, Fish Meal, Dried Egg Product, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Fructooligosaccharides, Vitamins (Vitamin E Supplement, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate (source of Vitamin C), Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement), DL-Methionine, Choline Chloride, Minerals (Zinc Sulfate, Zinc Amino Acid Chelate, Ferrous Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Copper Amino Acid Chelate, Manganese Sulfate, Manganese Amino Acid Chelate, Calcium Iodate, Sodium Selenite, Cobalt Carbonate), L-Carnitine, Beta Carotene, preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid, Rosemary Extract.
The following ranges should be used as a starting point. Daily requirements can change depending on activity levels, breed, environment, etc. Supplementation not required. A seven day gradual transition is recommended when first feeding this formula.
