iVet® Healthy Gourmet™ Kitten

iVet Healthy Gourmet Kitten Formula is specially designed to meet the needs of a kitten during the critical periods of growth. Kittens need increased levels of protein and fat to support the levels of energy required during growth. Kittens also need increased levels of calcium and phosphorus for stronger bone and muscle development. iVet's Healthy Gourmet Kitten Formula is also recommended for cats during pregnancy and while nursing.

Daily Feeding Guide
The following ranges should be used as a starting point. Daily requirements can change depending on activity levels, breed, environment, etc. Supplementation not required. 7 day gradual transition recommended when first feeding this formula.

Weaning and Growth of Kittens - For the weaning of kittens, moisten food and keep available at all times. During the growth of a kitten, maintain a regular feeding schedule and adjust as needed to maintain proper weight.

Pregnant and Nursing Females - For pregnant females, feed according to weight until approximately 6 weeks into pregnancy. During late gestation (6 to 9 weeks), energy requirements will increase and therefore the amount of food intake should increase gradually as well. For nursing females, keep food and water available at all times as nutritional needs increase dramatically during this stage.
